An AFL Victoria Game Development Officer is primarily responsible for conducting AFL game development programs within the school and community environment.

The AFL Game Development Team plays an integral part of reaching our goal here at the AFL, which is to enhance and grow the game across all states and all levels – from grassroots to elite.
Members of the AFL Vic Game Development Team, facilitate our programs in the community! A Game Development Officer is responsible for facilitating sessions in a fun, inclusive and safe way at schools, community clubs and activations across Victoria.
You don’t need to be a footy expert! Although you do need to be enthusiastic, a fantastic communicator and have the ability to engage large groups of children.
These are casual roles and hours vary depending on our program scheduling.
