As part of the VicHealth This Girl Can VIC campaign, we headed down to one of our Diversity Umpire sessions and chatted with Tracee-Ann Delphin about how football became a part of her lifestyle.
Tracee-Ann has been involved in a variety of aspects of football, ranging from umpiring and even pulling on the boots to play football in the recent Koorie Women’s Carnival at age 50!
This Girl Can – Victoria is more than a physical activity campaign.
This is about empowering women to feel comfortable in their bodies and in public spaces. This is about women getting active whenever, wherever and however they choose – without worrying about being judged.
