The U16 Kickstart program (male/ female) uses Australian football as a vehicle for participation, education, health/ well-being, employment and talent pathways for Indigenous participants state wide.

The Kickstart program also promotes cultural identity and leadership sessions to assist their personal development throughout their journey both on and off the field.
