It is for this reason that AFL Victoria has developed the Bouncing Racism out of Sport Program in partnership with the Department for Victorian Communities.

 AFL Victoria is committed to an environment that promotes racial and religious tolerance.

All AFL Victoria Members are to commit to prohibiting certain conduct and providing a means of redress for victims of racial and religious vilification and/or racial discrimination by way of developing a Member specific Racial and Religious Tolerance Policy.
