About The Multicultural Football Program   The Multicultural Football Program is a joint initiative of the AFL and AFL Victoria that has been established in partnership with the Department for Victorian Communities with the primary objective to assist migrant and refugee communities to access football. We want football to be a vehicle that encourages community strengthening and inclusion within the wider Australian community.	Talking Footy - With One Voice Australian Football has a unique capacity to capture the hearts and minds of people of all walks of life. Melbourne is recognised worldwide as a multicultural city wtih almost one million of the city’s 3.4 million people from overseas.
